Where you make a card payment through a third-party payment provider, your payment details are processed by that provider. I do not normally have access to or store your full debit or credit card details ; Photographs - As part of providing my photography services, I create photographs of you and other people participating in a session. Where an individual can be identified from a photograph, the photograph may constitute personal data. Photographs may be provided to you in digital format and, where applicable, in printed form.

4. USE OF PHOTOGRAPHS FOR MY PORTFOLIO AND MARKETING

The photographs I take are primarily created to provide the photography service you have booked. I may also wish to use selected photographs to showcase my work and promote Tracey Shaw Photography, including:

I will ask for appropriate permission where consent is required before using photographs for these purposes. Permission to use photographs for marketing purposes is separate from the provision of the photography service itself. Pixieset – website hosting and online client galleries ; Purelymail – business email services ; Microsoft Outlook – email application ; Payment providers or banks – where necessary to process or record payments ; Professional advisers or accountants – where applicable ; Printers or other specialist suppliers – where required to provide products you have ordered ; HM Revenue & Customs or other authorities – where I am legally required to provide information.

These organisations may process your information on my behalf or as part of providing their own services. I do not sell your personal information to third parties.


7. PAYMENT INFORMATION

Payments made through third-party payment providers are processed by those providers using appropriate security measures. I do not normally directly process or store your full debit or credit card details. Where payments are made by bank transfer, I may retain relevant payment information for accounting, bookkeeping and legal purposes.


8. CLIENT GALLERIES

I use Pixieset to provide private online galleries and deliver photographs to clients. Your gallery may contain photographs of you, your family or other people who participated in your photography session. Gallery access may be protected using passwords, private links or other security features. You should keep your gallery link and password private and avoid sharing them with anyone you do not want to have access to your photographs. Pixieset may process personal information on my behalf in connection with providing its website and gallery services.


9. EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS

I use Microsoft Outlook to access and manage my business email. Information you send to me by email may include your name, contact details, booking information and any other information contained in your correspondence.


10. DATA TRANSFERS

Some of the third-party services I use may process or store personal information outside the United Kingdom. Where personal information is transferred outside the UK, I will take reasonable steps to ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with applicable data protection law. Photographs used for portfolio or marketing purposes may be retained for as long as they remain relevant to my business, where appropriate permission has been provided. Marketing information will be retained until you unsubscribe or it is no longer reasonably necessary. I will periodically review the information I hold and securely delete or dispose of information that is no longer required.

These measures include using password-protected accounts, secure online services, private client galleries and appropriate access controls.
